5 out of 5 starsGreat counter! I gave it a 2 star originally. The mg/puff was NOT adding up. Through speaking with the dev, I was actually able to get a widespread change rolled out. He fixed the issue so that the problem is no longer there.

What changes once you start counting
You see your real number
You stop guessing how much you vape. Free: one tap per puff, in the app or from the small home screen widget, and today's count, your nicotine estimate and the time since your last puff stay in view.
You spot the pattern
You notice when you reach for it most, because the free hourly chart and calendar show every hour and every day. Premium adds daily, weekly and monthly statistics, so you see the trend and not just today.
You quit at your pace
With Premium, you pick the quit date and the plan does the pacing. It sets a daily limit from your own average, lowers it step by step, and tells you if the pace is aggressive, gradual or balanced.

Free to count, Premium to plan
Counting, the calendar and hourly chart, the nicotine estimate, the last-puff timer and the small widget are free, with no ads and no account. Premium adds the quit plan, daily, weekly and monthly statistics, and the medium, large and lock screen widgets. It is a subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Compare free and Premium.
Questions people ask
Is Puff Counter free?
Yes. Counting puffs, the calendar, the nicotine estimate and the small home screen widgets are free. Premium adds the quit plan, the detailed statistics and the medium, large and Lock Screen widgets.
Does the app count puffs automatically?
No. You tap once per puff, in the app or on the home screen widget; nothing is measured from the device itself. Tapping takes a second and keeps you aware of every puff, which is the point.
Does it work without an account?
Yes. Without an account everything stays on your phone and we never see it. Signing in with Google or Apple adds a cloud backup, which is what puts your history back when you change phone.
